According to the regulations of the government subsidy scheme, if the approved subsidy exceeds HKD 50,000, an independent audit must be conducted by an independent auditor who holds the qualification of a certified public accountant or is registered in accordance with the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50) to prepare an audited report covering the entire project.
